The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful at getting me a room at the last minute. Room was nice, great customer service.
Room was good, a little bit less than what I normally see in hotels and the area is a bit rough. However, the bed was comfortable, and that is the only necessary part of the stay.
Very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I rented a room with our 2 daughters. When we checked in and went to the room to put our stuff and get organized before the kids got there, we noticed the bathroom ceiling leaked. So my boyfriend went to office and told them the issue. Just wanted us to show her where it was leaking. She thanked us and handed up keys to a different room
I've stayed here multiple times. It really depends on the room you get. I've never had any issues that have stopped me from staying here. Room 220's bathtub drains slow. The sheets are clean, they sometimes miss a water in the fridge, but no one looks there anyway. The front desk people are always nice and I never have a problem asking for extra towels. I've stayed here for most of my hotel experience and will continue to go here.
The lady that runs the motel is very strict, and professional, friendly after she realizes your not their tearing up the place and following the rules, I do appreciate the room availability to my daughter and thanks again for the opportunity to get a night's rest safe, Happy Holidays
I was almost afraid to stay here after reading some reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Room 219.. room was a bit small but was clean and smoke free, and this is an older hotel. Breakfast could have been more varied, but it was free! Hotel was quiet, doors locked, no bugs noted, hairdryer, iron, clock all worked. I'd stay here again. It was an excellent deal for the price.
Had everything I needed - looks like the room was just renovated. Staff was helpful, definitely a great place to stay if you're on a budget!
